The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to solicit Responses from qualified firms (”Proponent”) to The County of Forty Mile No. 8 (the “County”) pertaining to the supply and deliver only fibre related material as part of their open access broadband wireless network segment build.

The County’s RFP intentions are to:
