This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Hinton (“the Municipality”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals to provide professional labour negotiation services and to act as Lead Negotiator for the negotiation of a new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with Unifor Local 855.
