Description

The Project is comprised of the following components:
• Construction of a Public Works Shop and Office located west of the Village of Hughenden on a portion of SE-18-41-7 W4M. The qualified contractor shall also provide a full scope of services inclusive of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and peripheral landscaping services, as may be required. This project has a $9.5M budget for all construction. Construction firms with relevant experience are encouraged to submit proposals. Contract used will be a Cost-Plus contract.
