This market consultation exercise (the “Exercise”) is intended to gather market intelligence and best practices from organizations with proven hands-on experience in managing, maintaining and operating residential rental assets (“Industry Professionals”). Industry Professional insights will help shape the approach to the Housing Projects to ensure we design and build housing that performs efficiently over its entire lifecycle, including energy efficiency, durability and resilience and lifecycle cost management.
