Description

Requirement PWGSC, on behalf of VAC, intends to solicit proposals for Event Management Services. The scope of work includes the planning, coordination, and delivery of event management services in support of domestic and international ceremonies and events. Services may include, but are not limited to, travel arrangements, accommodations, logistical coordination, and on-site event management, as required. Contract Period From date of award to March 31, 2029, with up to two (2) additional one-year option periods at Canada’s discretion. Indigenous Set-Aside This procurement is conditionally set aside for Indigenous Business. If two (2) or more compliant offers from Indigenous businesses are received, only those offers will be considered. Additional Information The solicitation is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), with applicable exceptions, and the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. The requirement is limited to Canadian services. Security requirements will apply. Solicitation documents will be available through CanadaBuys and the SAP Business Network. Offers must be submitted electronically via the SAP Business Network.
