The City of Grande Prairie (the “City”) is requesting detailed proposals from qualified and experienced firms for Consulting Services related to the remediation, replacement, and modifications of the HVAC systems at the RCMP Building located at 10202 – 99th Street, Grande Prairie Alberta T8V 2H4. The services to be provided by the successful proponent (the “Consultant”) includes detailed design, tender preparation, construction supervision and inspection, project management, project close-out and post construction warranty inspection. All designs are to meet current Codes, Acts, and Regulations.
