Description

The Village of Donalda is inviting proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to complete a comprehensive Infrastructure Audit in support of a Municipal Affairs–directed viability review.

The purpose of the infrastructure audit is to assess the condition, capacity, and risks associated with the Village’s municipal infrastructure and major assets, analyze options, and develop a prioritized action list, ten-year capital plan, and operating plan. The results of this work will support the provincial viability review process and inform future municipal decision-making.

This procurement is being conducted as a Request for Proposal, and submissions will be evaluated based on a combination of technical qualifications, experience, methodology, and price
