The NCC is seeking to modernize its enterprise operations through the procurement and implementation of a cloud-based, integrated asset-focused Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. This
initiative is driven by the need to enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, consolidated corporate reporting and service delivery across key functional areas including enterprise asset
management, finance, procurement, project management, environmental management, and sustainable development management.
The solution must provide comprehensive enterprise asset management capabilities, including:
• Asset lifecycle management
• Inspection programs and scheduling
• Preventive and reactive maintenance
• Repairs and interventions
• Inventory and warehouse management
It should accommodate the full spectrum of NCC built and natural assets, both existing and future assets.
In addition, the ERP must deliver robust corporate functionalities, including:
• Financial management (general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, fixed assets)
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Procurement
• Project management
• Environmental and sustainable development management
The successful proponent will act as the lead entity and single point of accountability for delivering a fully functional ERP solution, including supply, implementation, integration, and
compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory obligations.
