Description

MacEwan University is constructing a new building for the University’s School of Business. The new seven-storey School of Business tower, located at 109 Street and 105 Avenue, will be connected by a second story pedway to existing University buildings (Building 8) and is planned to open in January 2027. The new building will include a café space on the ground floor. The Café will be a fully finished and equipped “turnkey” operation requiring relatively limited capital investment by the operator. This Request for Expression of Interest (“RFEOI”) is issued by the University for the purposes of identifying qualified local independent restaurant operators or regional (Edmonton area) chains interested in operating a café style food service outlet in the new School of Business building.
