TENDER: T-001-26 - MIRAMICHI AVENUE UPGRADES - PHASE 1

Sealed Tenders addressed to City of Bathurst, 150 St. George Street, Bathurst, N.B., E2A 1B5, Att: City Clerk and marked Tender T-001-26 - MIRAMICHI AND BRIDGE STREET UPGRADING 2026, will be received until 2:00 p.m. - February 17, 2026, at the City Clerk"s Office.

This project consists of:

A portion of the following streets is included in the project: Miramichi Avenue and Bridge Street. The project includes the removal and replacement of the entire street infrastructure including asphalt, curbs, granular materials, watermain c/w water services, sanitary sewers c/w sewer services and storm sewers. The project also includes the reinstatement work to damaged lawns and driveways.

A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total Tender is required with the submission.

The latest revision and amendments of the "Tendering Regulations" of the Procurement Act (2022-78) shall apply to this tender.

Electronic versions of the Bid Documents may be obtained through Purchasing Department, by email request to guy.desilva@bathurst.ca upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00.

This Tender will be opened publicly following the closing time in Council Chambers located at City Hall, 150 St. George Street in City Hall.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

Ce projet consiste en ce qui suit :

Une partie des rue suivantes est incluse dans ce projet : avenue Miramichi et rue Bridge. Le projet inclus l"enl vement et remplacement de la chauss e (asphalte et granulaires), des conduites principales de distribution d"eau (incluant services), d" vacuation des eaux us es (incluant services) et conduite principale d"eau pluviales. Le projet inclus aussi l"installation de bordures en b ton et de trottoirs, ainsi que le r tablissement des entr es priv es et des pelouses.

Chaque soumission doit tre accompagn e d"un bon de cautionnement au montant de 10% du total de la soumission.
