Description

City of Prince George (City) has contracted IDL Projects Inc. to act as the Construction Manager for the Prince George Aquatic Centre Renovations in Prince George, BC (PGACR). The intent of this Notice of Opportunity (NOO) is to indicate that IDL Projects Inc. has posted or will be posting opportunities for this project and to provide contact information over the course of the PGACR project.

The work involves a building envelope that has failed and requires extensive repair/replacement. Additional scope items include HVAC, hydronic system work, new DDC controls, plumbing fixtures, interior finishes, millwork, electrical (including new pad mounted transformer), lighting, pool tank tile repair/installation, and new water toys installation.
