Description

The Campbell River School District invites qualified mechanical contractors to bid on an upgrade to the boiler plant at Timberline Secondary.

The Project generally consists of replacement of existing standard efficiency boiler plant with new high efficiency condensing boiler plant [8 – IBC SL-40-399 G3 Boilers]. Supplying boilers is included in contractors’ scope of work. Electrical and DDC Controls work will be provided under separate contract by owner. All work is to be completed outside of school hours. Contractors working hours to include evenings, nights, weekends, and academic holidays.

Mandatory site visit for all Contractors and interested Sub-trades will be conducted at 11:00 AM [PDT], Friday FEB 6, 2026 [assembly at Timberline Secondary main entrance]. Only Contractors signed in attendance at this tour may bid.
