Description

This RFP is issued for the purpose of obtaining Proposals for General Contractor to complete servicing for development of Stage 1 in Griesbach’s Northeast Corner. This is described in more detail in the Scope of Work Schedule.

In addition to the Scope of Work, the Preferred Proponent may potentially be eligible to perform similar work regarding up to twenty (20) potential subsequent development stages.

A mandatory information session for potential Proponents will be held adjacent to 2870 Sir Arthur Currie Way NW on Griesbach Road, on the date and time mentioned in Section 1.3 (RFP Tentative Timetable).
