This project is to design all gates in the exterior parking and replace in 2026. Design should include the review for access via larger vehicles (possible two-tier pedestal to be reviewed), proper membrane and pedestal with heaters. New system to include activate and deactivate function (from gate to SOC). Possible integration to CCURE and intercom system may be required. That includes extra arms and parts to keep in inventory.

Note: Gate at Building A is not to be included in this scope.
