• The project consists of two deliverables: (1) the 2026 Annual Water Quality Monitoring at 17 MNR Northwest Waste Disposal Sites (WDSs), Ontario, and (6) groundwater monitoring wells installation at certain WDSs outlined in the Request for Bids (RFB).
  
  MNR monitors water quality at several of its landfills in northwestern Ontario to ensure compliance with relevant provincial approvals and legislation.
• Scope of Work
  Without limiting the generality of the definition of “Services” under the referenced RFB, groundwater monitoring wells installation, and annual water quality monitoring reports are required in accordance with the applicable regulations and guidelines referenced in the RFB for 15 MNRF waste disposal sites in the northwest region.
