Description

Through this Request for Proposal, City of Delta is seeking a design-build refrigeration/mechanical contractor to complete upgrades at the Tilbury Arena, a sand-based ice rink facility, located at 7187 Vantage Way in Delta, BC.

Through a design-build process, the successful proponent will provide all engineering design, permitting, construction, required 3rd party testing, system commissioning, and certification/approval from local or regional authorities, associated with the replacement or upgrade of the following: 1. Rooftop dehumidification unit;
2. Ice Plant compressors (2 Separate units);
3. Hot Brine Pump and Motor; and
4. Ice surface Brine lines and headers (hot and cold systems)
