Description

The Town is replacing our generator at the reservoir. To ensure ease of removal and installation the Town is looking to install a 10’ x 14’ insulated OHD. Work to include clean cut and removal of existing block wall, reinformed block header (engineered if applicable) and any steel plate and backing required for the overhead door to fasten to. The door operation can be chain hoist, white in color with no windows, a 2-hour fire rating is required.
