Description

The scope of work is as defined in the Roof Structure renovation issued for tender drawings and specifications. The space will be vacant for the duration of construction from April 21 to August 21, 2026 and the prime contractor will have full access to the site. Any work that impacts the shutdown of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety or any other system outages will require an internal facilities management shut down permit to ensure the appropriate notifications and plans are in place. Coordination with the City’s access control, security and other vendors will be required.
