Description

The Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC), through its Management Body, Grande Spirit Foundation, is seeking competitive bids for a stipulated fixed-price contract to complete an air conditioning upgrade to the common areas and hallways at Dieppe Manor, located at 9428-121 Avenue, Grande Prairie, Alberta. The Work includes the supply, installation, electrical connection, controls integration, testing, and commissioning of air conditioning equipment by modifying the existing Make-Up Air Unit (MUA) system to provide cooling to common areas and hallways. All labour, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, and incidentals required to complete the Work are to be included in the bid price
