Bid Submissions will be received from qualified Contractors by the office of the Owner, Town of Truro, 695 Prince Street, Truro, Nova Scotia, B2N 1G5 on, or before, Monday, February 9, 2026 at or before 3:00pm, for work associated with the renovation of the Department of Engineering & Public Works office area and the Office of the CAO office area located at 695 Prince Street and in accordance with Contract Documents as prepared by the Town of Truro Department of Engineering & Public Works.

A mandatory site meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 26, 2026, from 9:00am to 10:00am local time at the project site, second floor of 695 Prince Street, Truro, Nova Scotia for all Bidders for the opportunity to review the existing facility and scope of work.
