Description

Please be advised that late submissions will not be accepted or considered. This bid solicitation is Phase One of a two-phase procurement process: A) Phase One: Evaluation of the qualifications of all interested suppliers. B) Phase Two: Only suppliers deemed qualified in Phase One will be invited to submit a financial bid based on the project specifications and drawings. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires interior and exterior renovations of the Health Care Unit, located at a Corrections Services Canada (CSC) facility in Grande Cache, Alberta; further identified as Grande Cache Institution – Observation Cells Relocation. The work generally consists of construction of two new observation cells, a shower room and storage in Building J. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 20 weeks of contract acceptance.
