The Municipality of Colchester is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to research and develop a framework for Green Development Standards (GDS) for the Nova Scotia context and customize the template for Colchester County. The Green Development Standards will guide and incentivize sustainable, resilient, and low-carbon development within Colchester County. This project will also support knowledge sharing across Nova Scotia municipalities through collaboration with the Clean Foundation’s Community Climate Capacity Program.
