Description of Work:
DFTAD is seeking junior administrator resources to support the Service Delivery and Support Division (AIS), which provides IM/IT services to approximately 8,500 clients in the National Capital Region (NCR) and to teleworkers in Canada and abroad. An estimated 10 resources are required to deliver in-person and limited remote IT support, including workstation setup and troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 and Teams support, smartphone assistance, IT moves, and asset disposal.
Resources will be based at GAC facilities in the NCR and provide face-to-face client support; this is not a help desk role.
