Description

Notice is hereby given by Community Living British Columbia (CLBC), of its intent to extend the contract and the funding envelop with Procom Consultants Group Ltd. for the purposes of working with their key personnel Brian Roxburgh, to provide the following Business Process
Reengineering Consultant services for CLBC Line of Business applications

 Facilitate process reviews with interested groups in CLBC.
 Analyze/document current and future detailed business processes, practices and
highlight variances, and develop user stories.
 Analyze/document potential informal workarounds outside of established systems.
 Develop recommendations and automate workflows in ServiceNow
 Work with Business Architect, Enterprise Architect where required.
 Develop fit gap analysis where applicable.
 Participate in other BPR/BA analysis as required.
