Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. Notice to suppliers: This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner, as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected. SUMMARY: Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has the requirement for the supply and delivery of bulk coarse road salt on an “as and when required basis” to be used for regular winter maintenance on the Trans Canada and other highways in various National Parks of Canada from 01 September 2026 to 31 August 2029. Canada may issue up to two (2) Standing Offers under this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO).
