Please arrive early to get through Security. Photo ID and clearances are required. Bidders are advised that there will be an MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date specified within item 2.6.15. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager Tracy Demers at the security sign-in desk (room 143) at 15 Eddy St (LTDLC), Gatineau QC. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
