The City of Edmundston is inviting all interested Tenderers to present an offer for the purchase of
one (1) new mid-size hybrid sedan.
Tender documents regarding this contract may be obtained at the reception desk of the Edmundston City Hall, by plan@edmundston.ca or by calling 506-739-2125.
The latest revision and amendments of the Procurement Act, S.N.B. 2012, c. 20, the Goods and
Services Regulation 2014-93 - Procurement Act, O.C.2014-273.
Tenders will have to be signed and the name, address and phone number of the tenderer will also have to be indicated.
Sealed tenders indicating the name and address of the bidder on the envelope marked "ONE NEW MID-SIZE HYBRID SEDAN, TENDER CALL 2026-042, JANUARY 29, 2026", will be received by the Municipality
of Edmundston on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at the reception desk of the Edmundston City Hall, by mail or e-mail until 2:00 p.m. (local time).
Public opening of tenders will follow immediately and will be also on Facebook live on the following link: https://www.facebook.com/ville.edmundston.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted, and tenders received after the specified closing time and date will not be accepted.
