Description

These Instructions apply to and govern the preparation of Tenders for this Contract. The Contract is generally for the following work:
Upgrade of the Dominion sanitary pump station including decommissioning of the existing kiosk and generator, supply and installation of a new kiosk and generator, demolition of wet well piping and pumps, design, supply and installation of internal wet well structures and coatings, supply and installation of 3 submersible pumps and associated piping, new wet well ventilation and controls, new valve chamber and piping connections, electrical upgrades, installation of water service to the Kiosk, temporary sanitary bypass operation, and site restoration.
