Summary: The Department of National Defence (DND) at the C Company, 4th Canadian Ranger Patrol Group in Winnipeg , Manitoba has the requirement for the supply, delivery and offloading of twenty five (25) lightweight, versatile expedition toboggans designed for use in long-distance expeditions and twelve (12) spare hitch assemblies.
