AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 23 January 2026 at 2:00pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Summary : Polar Knowledge Canada (POLAR) has a requirement for reliable and specialized vehicles for safe travel in Arctic terrain and conditions. Snowmobiles are essential for winter and spring transport over snow-covered tundra and sea ice, while all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) are required during the summer and early fall for ground mobility over rocky and wet tundra.
