Proposals will be received until 3:00 pm local time (AST) on January 21, 2026.

Esgeno petitj First Nation Child, Family and Community Services is inviting design consultants to submit proposals for architectural and engineering design services, including construction contract administration for a new Youth and Community Centre.

NOTE: To obtain the RFP documents and be registered on the bidders list please call 506-444-8820 or email vtardif@dillon.ca. Proponents must be registered on the bidders list to submit a proposal. RFP documents will be issued via an electronic copy provided by email.

Proposals will be evaluated by the Evaluation Committee using the weighted criteria outlined in the RFP document. Esgeno petitj First Nation reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest bid. Only the successful proponent will be contacted.
