The purpose of the Transportation Master Plan (TMP) is to create a comprehensive, long-term strategy, designed to guide the development and improvement of the transportation system throughout the County over the next 25 years. The TMP will need to extend beyond road infrastructure, emphasizing regional economic growth, enhanced safety, and the development of accessible transportation routes. The TMP will need to align with current initiatives such as the Municipal Development Plan (MDP), the Land-Use Bylaw, the Requirement for Area Structure Plan (ASP) Policy and any other relevant County Documents.
