Scope of Work/Overview:
Objective: Provide engineering consultancy services to provide all support installations necessary to install EVCS Station. (ie. Electrical, Structural, Civil, etc.)
Additional Description:

WINKLER POE - Installation of a Flo charging station.
• Confirm electrical load capacity.
• If capacity allows, installation of one dual 80A dual charger (power sharing), or alternatively, 1 dual 40A (dedicated circuits).
• Evaluation of cell service at the location of where the gateway is installed (Canadian and US providers).
• Technical investigation, 66%, 99%–
o In TI, please provide feasible options for location of charging stations (2 or 3) with ball park cost estimated.
• tender and construction (in 2026-27).
o Final placement to be determined following discussions with BGIS/RP and Operations.
o Charging station model to be discussed.
