Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO): The work under this Standing Offer comprises the furnishing of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the cleaning and inspection of five (5) aviation fuel tanks, two (2) compartments per tank. One (1) tank per year to be cleaned and inspected for Canadian Forces Base Winnipeg located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
