The objective of this Request for Proposal, Pre-Qualification, (RFPQ) is to solicit Proposals from qualified consultants for the provision of Engineering Consultant Services that will be required by Athabasca County (the “County”). The aim of this process is to save overall time on the completion of deliverables and reduce consultant costs involved in the submission of multiple engineering proposals. The County intends to pre-qualify multiple consultants over a three (3) year period, with work commencing as early as March 2026.
