Description

Fraser Health Authority (FH) intends to enter into an agreement with BTY Consultancy Group Inc. for E545-00 Cloverdale Urgent Primary Care Centre. The additional contract value is $23,200.00 with $133,400.00 completed for the maximum contract value of $156,600.00 plus tax. FH has chosen not to complete a public RFP process but negotiate the contemplated contract for the following reasons:

• BTY Consultancy Group Inc. has been providing project management service for the project since January 2024.
• BTY Consultancy Group Inc. has extensive knowledge of Cloverdale Urgent Primary Care Centre, and created the documents and is currently executing the work.
• Cloverdale Urgent Primary Care Centre (UPCC) is a Ministry of Health Mandated project of high priority, BTY has showcased a remarkable performance which may be hindered by engaging a new consultant firm that will require time to adjust and perform in an seamless or equal manner.
• BTY Consultancy Group Inc. has already completed a preceding scope of work with significant relevance to ongoing activities and have established working relationships with the project team and broad stakeholders.
• BTY Consultancy Group Inc. is registered and complies with all applicable WorkSafe BC regulations.
• BTY Consultancy Group Inc. has Comprehensive Commercial General Liability insurance coverage in an amount not less than $5,000,000.00 inclusive per occurrence against bodily injury, personal injury and property damage.
• BTY Consultancy Group Inc. has Automobile Liability insurance coverage for non-owned vehicles of $1,000,000.00
• BTY Consultancy Group Inc. has Excess Liability (in Umbrella form) insurance coverage for $10,000,000.00
• BTY Consultancy Group Inc. has a Professional Liability insurance coverage for $2,000,000.00
