Description

The response time deadline is 14:00 EST – January 22, 2026. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide (1) one Vinfast VF8 Vehicle to the Department of Transport Canada, Ottawa, Ontario. See Annex Statement of Requirement and Annex Technical Criteria for full details. Delivery of vehicle is required on or before March 31, 2026. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the solicitation of offers process. Reference the solicitation for further details.
