Description

The purpose of this Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) is to establish a multi-year Supply Arrangement vehicle with experienced and qualified firms (“SA Holders”), capable of delivering the financial advisory services and treasury and investment advisory services, under one or multiple Service Streams described in the RFSA.

The types of Services required for this RFSA include the following four (4) Service Streams:

• Service Stream #1: Accounting and Advisory Services
• Service Stream #2: Tax Advisory Services
• Service Stream #3: Ex Ante Funding and Loss Absorbency
• Service Stream #4: Investments and Sources of Liquidity

Services performed under the Supply Arrangement will be on an as and when required basis, for a three (3) year term. There is no limit to the number of SA Holders that may be qualified under each Service Stream.
