Description

Global Affairs Canada is issuing this Request for Expressions of Interest (REI) to invite suppliers to participate in one-on-one consultations focused on the evaluation criteria used in Solicitation No. 25-285996 for the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System posted on CanadaBuys.

The objective of this session is twofold:
- Understand barriers to participation – Identify why companies chose not to submit proposals during the RFP process, including whether requirements, timelines, or specifications discouraged submission and might be perceived as restrictive or unnecessary.
- Gather actionable feedback – Provide a neutral forum for candid input on how GAC can improve future procurement requirements, particularly regarding security and administrative elements.

Insights from this discussion will inform updates to the RFP before reposting on Canada Buy and Sell.
