Description

The Successful Proponent will be responsible for collecting and disposing of the household solid waste generated by the single detached, the duplex, triplex, and four plex.

Objectives are:
1. Operate as per an approved schedule made publicly available.
2. Provide the Services from March 1, 2026 to March 1, 2029.
3. Maintain the same level of service as currently deployed for solid waste unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties as an amendment to the contract.
4. Adhere to all provincial and municipal acts, regulations, and bylaws related to solid waste.
5. Provide proof of insurance of a minimum of $5,000,000 and maintain such insurance for the duration of the contract.
