Project DescriptionThis RFPQ is an invitation by The Board of Education of School District No. 42 (Maple Ridge – Pitt Meadows), the “District” to invite Respondents to submit Submissions for the prequalification of suppliers who have the experience and qualifications required to produce high school yearbooks within the District. Interested respondents should note: All electronically stored student information must remain in Canada. At no time shall servers, computers or other related equipment containing student information be located outside of Canada. Further, all production, printing, shipping, distribution, and related processes containing student information must be performed in Canada. Interested Respondents are to provide substantiated proof that at no time student information is outside of Canada. Responses provided should include details on locations of all hardware and equipment (servers, printers, and computers, etc.) and details on how communication and electronic information is handled for your business. The District meets the learning needs of approximately 16,000 students of all ages in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. Our school district has close to 2,500 employees and includes six (6) secondary schools, and 21 elementary schools.
