To retain a specialized third-party lease audit firm to perform a thorough review of selected tenant-held commercial and corporate lease agreements.
The primary objective is to uncover recoverable costs related to overbillings by Landlords, enhance transparency in expense allocation,
and induce savings to Metrolinx. Success in this initiative is anticipated to yield substantial financial recoveries and support future operational efficiencies, establishing Metrolinx as a proactive tenant in optimizing leasehold expenses.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from Proponents for the provision of Lease Audit Services,
the service requirements are more particularly described in Scope of Work of the Request for Proposal document.

The term of contract includes a two-year initial term with two (2) additional one-year term extension options to be exercised at Metrolinx’s sole discretion.


RFP documents are available online at www.metrolinx.merx.com
Responses to the RFP will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. EST on January 16, 2026 through Electronic
Bid Submission (EBS) at the Metrolinx MERX Portal.
Proponents must download the tender documents from the Metrolinx MERX Portal
in order for their submission to be considered. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion.
