Description

The proposed contract IM27TFH003 is for planting implementation of the East Kootenay’s 2026 Spring tree planting program. The 2026 spring plant will commence on approximately April 20, 2026 and go until June 21 2026. There will be an estimated 1,011,114 seedlings planted that will cover 46 planting units over 735 hectares, which will require approximately 775 payment quality plots to be completed.
The Planting blocks are located across several operating areas in the East Kootenays. Appendix IV contains planting block maps, a KML and overview maps of the applicable operating areas. Appendix VI contains the planting contract Schedules A and C, and Appendix VII contains an allocation spreadsheet outlining the planting units, BEC zones, number of seedlings, seedlots, request keys etc.
