Description

Technology and Innovation, on behalf of Court Technology Services has a requirement for a five (5) year contract, with an optional five (5) year extension, for Cisco VQ Conference Manager Subscription Licenses. The initial number of licenses required is 735 but could increase over the term of the contract. This is to replace the Cisco Codec TelePresence Management Suite (TMS), which is at manufacturers end of life in 2026, in order to continue to manage all the Cisco Codecs in use across Alberta’s courtrooms and deliver reliable Audio-visual services to the public.
