Canada is seeking offers on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) for a Hybrid Task Authorization (TA) Contract that includes both firm-scheduled requirements and “as-and-when-requested” services at 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta.Under this contract, the Contractor will provide cleaning services for all buildings listed in the solicitation. The Contractor must supply all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the janitorial cleaning services to the satisfaction of the Technical Authority, as described in the Annex – Statement of Work for 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta. The specific locations, buildings, and cleaning schedule are listed in Appendix 1 to the Annex – Statement of Work (Restricted).The resulting contract will be for a period of three (3) years, with two (2) additional one-year option periods.
