The City of Dieppe invites qualified architectural firms to submit proposals for Pre-Design (Concept Development) Services for the Dieppe Market Expansion and Public Library Project, located in downtown Dieppe, New Brunswick.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued as an open competitive call through the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON). All interested and qualified firms are invited to respond, provided they can demonstrate the experience, licensing, and capability required to deliver the scope of services described in this RFP.

The City seeks an Architect with strong credentials in civic architecture, urban design, and public-realm integration to deliver coordinated concept designs, functional programs, and Class D cost estimates for both the Market and Library components.

The purpose of this engagement is to produce a comprehensive concept plan, functional program, preliminary cost estimate, and stakeholder consultation framework that together form the basis of future funding applications and subsequent design phases. The Architect"s work will be guided by the City"s existing studies and planning documents.
