Scope of Work/Overview:
Supply and install an AC unit. Planning and installation of one (1) split A/C units. The units would require consultant design as they are tying into the base building HVAC and would be a lessee improvement. * Electrical and HVAC consulting services to design and develop contract documents. Requirement: Ductless split system install in LAN room to maintain temperature between 20-26 Dg. As per the Greening Government Strategy, new equipment shall use refrigerant with low Global Warming Potential (GWP < 750).”Initial view of the panel suggests there is sufficient capacity to support this requested AC Unit. Location of outside unit to be approved by landlord (rooftop or back of building)* Specification of A/C unit to achieve the optimal room temperature and humidity level.* Installation of A/C unit.
