The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from proponents to enter into an agreement with the City of Spruce Grove to provide engineering, design, tendering, and construction management & inspection for the 2-year Project, 2026 King Street Underground Rehabilitation and Surface Renewal (the “Project”).
