The University of Northern British Columbia intends to sole source iWave Professional by iWave Information Systems Inc for Donor Prospect Research Software. Any Vendor who believes they can meet all of the criteria specified in the RFP, which includes a mechanism for data subjects to opt out of the collection and use of their data and has the ability to pass a HECVAT vendor assessment and is interested in being considered for this Software, may respond.
