Description

Vancouver Coastal Health (the “Authority”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services with respect to F629-00: VCH Adanac Park Lodge Cooling Upgrades (the “Project”).

The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Mechanical) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor. Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include: architectural, structural, electrical, code, and acoustic.

The Authority has made arrangements for site visits for the benefit of interested Proponents who are preparing Proposals. Attendance at the site visits is optional but highly encouraged. The date and time of site visit is as noted below:
